Join me in 2019. My first 4 week course of the year starts: Sunday 17th February to Sunday 19th March 2019 (4 consecutive Sundays) at Qi Yoga in Manly from 9.30 -11am. Cost: $198.

In this course you will learn:      

Join me and connect with a group of women going through similar experiences in a positive environment. Both the Workshop and the Course are suitable for all levels of students, including beginners.

For those of you who aren’t able to attend the course dates or come to my classes in Sydney, you can now take the entire course online. My four-week online Yoga for Fertility course is a fully guided course that includes everything I teach in my classes.

Those undertaking an IVF cycle during a course:

If your IVF transfer happens during my course you are still welcome to attend – however please note. Once you’ve had your transfer I will treat you as if you are pregnant. You will not be able to do any of the yoga poses (not even the restorative poses) in your two week wait. You will still be able to join in the group discussion( to reframe negative thinking with a more positive headspace) and learn breathing and relaxation techniques to help keep you calm during your cycle.
